EUWARENESS is a research project on European Water Regimes and the Notion of a Sustainable Status. It aims to contribute to the implementation of the EU Water Framework Directive. The project is supported by the European Commission under the 5th Framework Programme, and coordinated by the University of Twente in the Netherlands.
